Cancer in Africa: The rising burden

Our commitment to fighting cancer

Introducing Cancer Care Africa

Launched in November 2022 at COP27 in Egypt, 非洲癌症关怀通过倡导改变政策以改善受该疾病影响的所有个人的结果，帮助各国防治癌症, irrespective of their demographic, geographic, or socio-economic status. 它还鼓励采用创新卫生技术，使癌症筛查更容易获得, especially in remote and underserved communities.

Together with our partners, “非洲癌症关怀”将共同为所有人创建一个更强大的癌症护理生态系统, with the ambition to build local capabilities, 加强筛查和诊断，支持更多患者获得澳门葡京赌博游戏的创新药物.

The programme is focused on four pillars of action:

  2. Enhancing screening and diagnostics澳门葡京赌博游戏的目标是加强肺部的筛查和诊断, breast, and prostate cancer, targeting over one million people
