AstraZeneca has today published its Annual Report and Form 20-F Information 2008. The Report is available as a dedicated website, which includes a downloadable PDF version and will be available in paper format shortly.
AstraZeneca has also published its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2009 and Shareholders' Circular in which is set out the resolutions that will be put before the Company's members at its Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2009. The date of the meeting coincides with the announcement of the First Quarter Results for 2009.
